because it allows fuel delivery via the fuel injectors... just as it was intended. a wet shot has to deliver fuel through the intake manifold... which is not designed to distribute fuel. because of this, there can be uneven fuel distribution and can lead to leaness/richness in individual cylinders. HOWEVER, that said, there are a lot of Z's out there running the wet shot and they seem to be ok... the JWT dry system just seems safer... they can dial in more fuel if you want more safety. : with the wet kit you can run it a little rich with the fuel jets. This will give you a little better safety margin. Also if you are running a relatively small shot (60-80) the effects are not as bad as running a 150-200 shot. Like Illusionz said, the Z motor is very strong even the N/A which has the same rods and crank as the TT and you see some of the boost that these guys are running on stock internals. I think some of these boost levels are equivalent to a 100 shot on an N/A as far as wear goes.
